The coffee shop kept me alert and engaged. When I have time, I'll take a drive up there on my day off for old times' sake. And yes, to get away from the chores, too!Amy M. I've written many different places but never a coffee shop. I have a writer friends who writea all of his books at the local coffee shop so he won't be distracted by "honey do" chores.
